北京塞隆国际文化创意园位于朝阳区双桥农场，双桥农场位于朝阳区东南部通惠河畔，农场占地6000余亩，是全国农场系统历史悠久的国营农场之一。 一期项目紧邻朝阳主干道-广渠路二期(建设中)，在广渠路二期与双桥东路西北角，距离近的公交站点—双桥医院站。园区向北1.5公里即达地铁八通线的管庄站，只需5分钟 车程，有多个公交车直达。距京哈高速直线距离仅3公里。项目前身为北京胜利建材水泥库，占地面积约70亩。独有筒仓46座于2014年正式启动建设，2014年底交付使用。园区在注重保留具有30多年历史的水泥库老厂区的建筑风格和工业元素的同时，将注入时尚元素，使传统的工业文明与现代艺术创意有机融合。园区内独有的两条400多米长的铁路线保存完整，结合项目自身极具特色的工业遗址物业形态和空间优势，打造以铁轨、火车、站台、仓库及大规模罐体等特色为背景、场景的数字化特色影视拍摄和制作基地。其整齐的外观与恢宏的气势将形成北京东部广渠路延长线上独具特色的建筑群体。
The Beijing Salon International Cultural and Creative Park is located at Shuangqiao Farm in Chaoyang District. Shuangqiao Farm is located on the banks of Tonghui River in the southeast of Chaoyang District, covering an area of over 6000 acres. It is one of the state-owned farms with a long history in the national farm system. The first phase of the project is adjacent to the Chaoyang main road - Guangqu Road Phase II (under construction), located at the northwest corner of Guangqu Road Phase II and Shuangqiao East Road, and the nearest bus stop - Shuangqiao Hospital Station. The Guanzhuang Station on the Batong Line of the subway is 1.5 kilometers north of the park, which is only a 5-minute drive and is directly accessible by multiple buses. The straight-line distance from the Beijing Harbin Expressway is only 3 kilometers. The predecessor of the project was Beijing Shengli Building Materials Cement Warehouse, covering an area of approximately 70 acres. The construction of 46 unique silos was officially launched in 2014 and delivered for use at the end of 2014. The park not only focuses on preserving the architectural style and industrial elements of the old cement storage area with a history of over 30 years, but also injects fashionable elements to organically integrate traditional industrial civilization with modern artistic creativity. The two unique railway lines with a length of over 400 meters in the park have been fully preserved, and combined with the unique industrial site property form and spatial advantages of the project, we aim to create a digital characteristic film and television shooting and production base with railway tracks, trains, platforms, warehouses, and large-scale tank bodies as the background and scenes. Its neat appearance and grand momentum will form a unique architectural group on the extension line of Guangqu Road in eastern Beijing.
