尚8里文创园是尚8在京的第八个城市创意综合体项目。地处四惠之东，既与ＣＢＤ商务氛围遥相呼应，又承长安街京城文脉一气呵成。广连京通快速、地铁一号线、地铁八通线，交通网线密布，配套设施齐全。"里"为百姓聚居之所，先秦曾有"三户为邻，五邻为里"之说，《尚书大传》亦有"八家为邻，三邻为朋，三朋为里"之谓，故"里"之所谓，用意在"集"、在"汇"。而"尚８里"又恰与尚8贯行始终的"汇聚"、"分享"、"创新"等理念相合，是尚８文化集团倾力打造的创意人士雅集、文化精英汇聚、融理念创新与实践创新于一体的新型城市创意综合体。尚8里文创园是以新中式建筑为特色的文化创意产业园区，建筑风格与周边的国粹苑、紫檀博物馆、晋商博物馆等高端文化地标相映衬，综合形成全新的“CBD东-运河文化创意带”。该项目自2012年初建设运营以来，招商引驻大型整层及独栋文创类意向客户60余家。尚8里文创园处于“CBD-定福庄传媒走廊”沿线，既与CBD商务氛围遥相呼应，又承长安街京城文脉一气呵成，集两座文化公馆、一处空中四合院、一个空中花园、一栋艺术SOHO及多栋创意公寓于一体，社区氛围既古典雅致又沉静大气；疏朗散逸的入驻密度，自然畅快的生态办公空间，与都市鳞次栉比的现代建筑形成强烈反差。该项目诚邀各类文化创意企业入驻园区，共同打造尚8里这一城市核心创意地。
