北京懋隆文化产业创意园位于北京市朝阳区三间房东路一号，占地面积约12万平方米。该项目发挥外经贸企业作为中外两个市场桥梁作用的优势，依据商务部建设出口品牌商品基地的精神，依托中国轻工工艺品进出口商会的指导与协助，汇聚国内具有实力的外贸出口企业加盟，聚集国内出口品牌产品，吸引国外品牌企业参与，形成区域高端创业集群，搭建连接古今中外、东西文化对接、推陈出新、交会融合的文化产业发展节`点，把外贸出口企业的“产品优势”、进口商品的“时尚优势”和首都的“购买力优势”相结合，打造集展示、创意、销售为一体的品牌商品创意展销中心，形成具有竞争力和品牌影响力突出外经贸特色的文化产业创意园，北京懋隆文化产业创意园将充分体现三大功能，一是展示功能，把中国高端传统工艺品的展览展示作为亮点，成为国内具影响力的文化艺术品殿堂;二是创意研发功能，把中国轻工工艺品创意研发作为动力，成为国内具实力的创意研发孵化平台;三是销售功能，把中国轻工工艺品的民族品牌，中外品牌文化休闲企业的产品及服务的销售作为目标，成为国内具特色的，以外向型文化休闲产品及服务为载体的消费聚集区和贸易集聚区。 本着筹划好、建设好、运营好的思路，北京懋隆文化产业创意园项目分两期进行。项目一期装修改造4.6万平方米，加上先期落成的“懋隆艺术馆”形成总计约6万平方米的建筑群，项目二期拟规划建设约12万平方米建筑群，以完善创意园展示、创意、销售基本功能及配套服务设施，打造北京文化产业新亮点。
