SOHO现代城位于朝阳区建国路88号，总建筑面积为48万平米，它拥有48家店铺，283套办公室，1897套公寓。1997年，SOHO中国预见到中小公司的迅速崛起以及他们对居住和工作空间混合的需求越来越大，便向市场推出“小型办公，居家办公”（SOHO）这一概念，给业主提供了灵活多功能的空间。该项目于1998年正式销售，其销售总额约40亿人民币，并且连续两年（1999，2000）获得北京市房地产单体项目的销售**。SOHO现代城于2001年完工。一期建设6栋28层塔楼，总建筑面积26万平米，公寓总套数为1385套，车位1228个.二期建设4栋联体楼，总建筑面积22万平米，其中SOHO公寓512套，商铺48间，办公室277套，车位866个，商业街1.9万平米,写字楼6.1万平米车位2092个，一所幼儿园2150平米，一所小学校5800平米，俱乐部2235平米
SOHO Modern City is located at No. 88 Jianguo Road, Chaoyang District, with a total construction area of 480000 square meters. It has 48 shops, 283 offices, and 1897 apartments. In 1997, SOHO China foresaw the rapid rise of small and medium-sized companies and their increasing demand for mixed living and working spaces, and introduced the concept of "Small Office, Home Office" (SOHO) to the market for the first time, providing flexible and multifunctional space for homeowners.
