金田影视传媒产业园位于北京市朝阳区豆各庄5000亩金田郊野公园内，项目一期建筑面积48304平米(地上33000平米，地下15304平米)。二期建筑面积70156平米(地上47700平米，地下22456平米)。金田影视传媒产业园与中国传媒大学隔河向望，距离中央电视台、北京电视台15分钟车程，处于CBD国际传媒产业走廊的黄金位置。项目将依托金田公园的独特地理位置及自然环境优势，打造传媒产业走廊中以影视为主题的花园里庭院式的文化创意智慧产业园，申报文化创意产业聚集区。金田影视?传媒智慧产业园目标定位为北京市朝阳区影视产业基地，发展主线：全国卫视电视台“使馆区”、新媒体影视产业“聚集孵化区”。其中包含：全国各卫视电视台企业总部、新媒体影视企业聚集区、影视后期制作中心、影视文化交流培训中心、影视SOHO办公配套区、高清数字演播大厅、实验小剧场等。基地将创建金田影视联盟，形成以影视为主体，利用产业聚集的智慧碰撞，打造影视全产业链的精品影视基地，推动影视新媒体的行业发展。
