IFC财源国际中心建筑总面积约16万平方米，由两栋极具现代建筑风格的超高层楼宇(151.2米)及附属建筑组成，其主体建筑为两座连体写字楼，地上40层，地下5层。北京IFC大厦的外立面为进口石材与LOW-E双钢化中空镀膜玻璃幕墙的组合，简单的黑白两色勾勒出冷峻的外观、简洁明快的线条，充分体现着商务的而不失简约、庄重又兼具含蓄的气质。大厦采用LOW-E双钢化中空镀膜玻璃，幕墙玻璃表面镀覆特殊的金属氧化物薄膜，具有较好的光谱选择性，对红外线和紫外线有很高的反射率，对可见光则有较高的透过率，其隔音、隔热、保温、防结露性能突出。黑色的LOW-E玻璃配以石材的设计，将艺术融入自然，将尊贵融入庄严。
The total construction area of the IFC Caiyuan International Center is approximately 160000 square meters, consisting of two ultra high-rise buildings (151.2 meters) with a highly modern architectural style and ancillary buildings. The main building is two connected office buildings, with 40 floors above ground and 5 floors underground. The exterior facade of the Beijing IFC Building is a combination of imported stone and LOW-E double tempered hollow coated glass curtain wall. The simplest black and white color outlines a cool appearance and simple and lively lines, fully reflecting the professionalism of business without losing simplicity, solemnity, and a subtle temperament. The building adopts LOW-E double tempered hollow coated glass, with a special metal oxide film coated on the surface of the curtain wall glass, which has good spectral selectivity, high reflectivity for infrared and ultraviolet rays, and high transmittance for visible light. Its sound insulation, heat insulation, insulation, and anti condensation performance are outstanding. The black LOW-E glass paired with stone design blends art into nature and nobility into solemnity.
