北京电影学院文创园(平房园区)，位于文化产业创新实验区内。由北京电影学院与北文时代（北京）文化有限公司于2015年联合创建，规划面积超过5万平米，由星影中心、星影创客工作室、星影拍摄中心、星影空间和大戏楼剧场五大物理空间组成。园区以影视全产业链内容运营为核心，聚集上下游40余种细分行业，为影视全产业链提供文化产品内容的创作研发交流平台、文化产品的消费平台、文化产品项目的孵化投资平台，力求建设综合服务齐全的国际化影视文化全产业文创园区，打造影视文化行业的“中关村创业大街”。
The Cultural and Creative Park of Beijing Film Academy (Pingfang Park) is located in the Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone. Established jointly by Beijing Film Academy and Beiwen Times (Beijing) Culture Co., Ltd. in 2015, with a planned area of over 50000 square meters, it consists of five physical spaces: Xingying Center, Xingying Maker Studio, Xingying Shooting Center, Xingying Space, and Da Xilou Theater. The park focuses on the content operation of the entire film and television industry chain, gathering more than 40 sub industries upstream and downstream. It provides a platform for the creation, research and development of cultural product content, consumption of cultural products, and incubation and investment of cultural product projects for the entire film and television industry chain, striving to build an international film and television culture industry cultural and creative park with comprehensive services, and create the "Zhongguancun Entrepreneurship Street" of the film and television culture industry.
