813文化创意产业园是位于北京市朝阳区王四营乡的新型园区,西至东四环,东至东五环,南至化工路,北至广渠路,是目前京城内离地铁近的园区,距地铁7号线化工站仅15米。813文化创意园区图绕影视文化的主题,以创新,创造为灵魂,采取取旧厂房改造的方式,依托北京市全国交通枢纽、全国文化中心等优势条件,拟建设为兼具传统文化内涵与现代服务技术,集前期筹备、产品制作、后期加工、产品消费为一体的综合影视文化基地。园区占地总面积21981平方米,绿化面积3500平方米。园区内建筑层高9.25米、10米,均为无柱空间,户型可随意定制。

It extends to the East Fourth Ring Road in the west, East Fifth Ring Road in the east, Chemical Road in the south, and Guangqu Road in the north. It is currently the closest park to the subway in Beijing, only 15 meters away from the Chemical Station of Line 7 of the subway. The 813 Cultural and Creative Park revolves around the theme of film and television culture, with innovation and creation as its soul.
