Designed by Ma Qingyun, founding partner and design director of the American architect firm Maxwell (USA, Shanghai) and dean of the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California, the white facade with a "circular" theme drapes the building with classic and fashionable "fabric". Dots are a popular symbol that will never go out of style, a symbol of fashion. The circular layout makes Guanghua Road SOHO an open space. There will be over 60% open space here, integrating the surrounding streets and landscapes. Architecture and the city, indoor and outdoor are integrated and connected, and people are introduced into a dazzling consumer space from the street at any time. Four 60 meter tall towers undergo slight twisting at different heights and directions, and the dark elevators and passages located in the center of the office building are moved outward, directly facing the bright glass or external windows, forming a "bright lung".
